1st Shift Customer Service

Location : Buena Park, CA

Schedule : 8-4 : 30pm

Pay rate : $19.25 / Hr.

Duties :

Serve as the main point of contact for customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing order status updates.

Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely communication with warehouse and operations teams.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update systems with accurate information.

Assist with problem resolution by coordinating with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements :

Previous customer service or logistics / warehouse experience preferred.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficient with Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal systems quickly.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
