Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney | $230K–$280k| Wilmington, DE (Hybrid)

What You’ll Do :

• Represent clients in complex commercial, corporate, and financial disputes.
• Handle matters in the Delaware Court of Chancery , as well as local, state, and federal courts, including trials and appeals.
• Develop case strategies and manage litigation from inception through resolution.
• Collaborate with a team of seasoned litigators in a supportive, growth-focused environment.
