Workday HCM Consultant

A company is looking for a Workday HCM Functional Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a Workday HCM Subject Matter Expert for Core HR, Payroll, and Benefits

Gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional design specifications

Configure and maintain Workday business processes, security roles, and data structures

Required Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM functional experience

Strong knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Reporting

Good understanding of Workday security, business process configuration, and data management

Demonstrated experience working in or supporting higher education or university clients

Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT teams
