Self-Direction DSP -Liverpool Area (Job #RD-KR)

Arise / Exceptional Family Resources is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide Respite in the Liverpool area to a young lady requiring assistance. Her family is looking for a dedicated, active individual to provide her with support and supervision, both at home and in the community.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to : supervision at home, accompanying her during community outings, supporting her with health and safety needs, and providing transportation as needed.

We are looking for an individual who is dependable, patient, enthusiastic and able to work independently. Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and a high school diploma or GED are required. Background check, fingerprinting and DMV record check will be conducted prior to hire by the non-profit agency.

Hours : After 2pm M - F, up to 15 hours per week available, evenings and / or weekends optional. Flexible schedule to be agreed upon with the family.

Pay rate : $20 per hour.
