• One year of recent experience as a Registered Nurse in a leadership role\n
• Current valid RN license in compliance with state regulations\n
• Current BLS certification (AHA / ARC)\nPreferred Qualifications\n

• Oversees and directs nursing staff in the delivery of patient care, ensuring adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards\n
• Develops and implements staff schedules, assigns duties, and evaluates staff performance\n
• Provides clinical guidance and mentorship to nursing staff, promoting professional growth and development\n
• Collaborates with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and resolve complex clinical issues\n
• Monitors and evaluates the quality of patient care, implementing improvements as necessary\n
• Manages resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and supplies\n
• Responds to and manages emergency situations, ensuring appropriate protocols are followed\n
• Participates in the development and implementation of nursing policies, procedures, and standards\n
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards\n
• Facilitates effective communication between nursing staff, patients, families, and other healthcare team members\n
• Addresses and resolves patient and family concerns related to nursing care\n
