Seeking a Plant Coach for a well-established company!
Job duties include :
- Will be responsible for coaching production and maintenance teams in the safe & efficient operational functions
- Will be responsible for having a well-rounded understanding of the entire plant operations to include appropriate staffing levels based on production needs, annual and capital expenditure budgeting, critical operational functions and trouble shooting
- Will train, lead, and develop associates in the best practices to achieve a high-quality product while ensuring company values are being upheld
- Will work closely with other facility leadership and operations teams to meet production needs, quality specifications, safety & environmental requirements and goal attainment
