We are looking to add a Part Time General Cleaner to our growing team in Worthington, MN!

This position will offer 20-25 hours per week with flexible scheduling and will be responsible for general cleaning and caretaking at multi-family housing properties.

Responsibilities :

• Complete the turnover process of vacant units
• Common area cleaning
• Remove trash and recycling regularly
• Light maintenance tasks as able
• Seasonal outside grounds work
• Grounds inspection and trash pick-up
• Maintain professional, courteous manner with all residents, contactors, and fellow co-workers
• Comply with all Fair Housing laws
