Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and support ongoing projects and reports
  • Assist with current product initiatives and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, quick with systems and a quick learner.

Job Description :

  • The Project Coordinator will be responsible for initiating projects, tracking progress, and reporting on status for the Private Brands development process. This is a contract position that will support a Private Brand product portfolio of current items and further development through project initiation. This role will be to work collaboratively with internal & external stakeholders and will report under the Director of Private Brands Fresh. Day-to-day guidance & leadership on this project will come from the Private Brands Category Development Managers.

    • Essential functions :

  • Initiate project workflows and communicate with suppliers, and category
  • Create project folders, project assortment lists and collect assets from suppliers for project launch
  • Manage, track, and report progress on all project workflows
  • Review and finalize all project tasks before closing workflows

    • Knowledge, education & experience :

  • A Bachelor of Science in Project Management or a related field, or equivalent job experience, is preferred

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft tools, particularly Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with SharePoint
  • Project Management Skills
  • Excellent communication skills

    • Skills & abilities :

  • Basic knowledge of project management principles
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
