Key Responsibilities :
Define and execute a scalable pre-sales strategy across all regions
Partner with regional sales leaders to ensure alignment with global standards
Build and lead a high-performing pre-sales team, standardizing best practices and driving solution storytelling
Qualifications :
10+ years of experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or technical sales leadership
5+ years in a senior leadership role with responsibility for partner enablement or channel strategy
Proven success in building and scaling global teams in high-growth B2B SaaS or technology environments
Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and technical solution selling
Experience with CRM and sales enablement platforms
