Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Winton, CA for a Coach and Mentor. The Coach and Mentor will be responsible for providing training, guidance, and support to the staff to help them reach their full potential. Daily tasks include developing training programs, conducting workshops, offering one-on-one coaching sessions, monitoring performance, and providing constructive feedback. The role also involves fostering a collaborative and positive work environment to ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in Training, Coaching, and Mentoring
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to Develop Training Programs and Conduct Workshops
• Proven ability to Monitor Performance and Provide Feedback
• Ability to Foster a Collaborative and Positive Work Environment
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Management, Education, Human Resources, or related field
