Conduct site visits, inspections, and provide construction-phase support. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (required). PE license preferred ; EIT candidates working toward licensure encouraged to apply. 3+ years of relevant civil engineering experience (open to early-career candidates as well). Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar design tools. Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills.
