Job Overview
Fuller Ford is one of the largest and most reputable Service Departments in the area! We have been around since 1965 and are hiring for a Warranty Administrator . We are seeking someone that is detail-oriented, organized, and has great follow-through to be a part of our Service Team. The Warranty Administrator maintains daily warranty reconciliation, while continually correcting and appealing of claims that have issues that are under review.
Responsibilities
- Review and process warranty claims in a timely manner.
- Analyze warranty documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and manufacturer guidelines.
- Collaborate with service departments to gather necessary information for claim resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of all warranty claims, including documentation and correspondence.
- Provide support during audits related to warranty processes and documentation.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, warranty policies, and industry standards.
Qualifications
Previous experience in automotive warranty or service is highly desirable.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Proficient in using computer software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and warranty management systems.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Come join our team!
