Job Description :

• Technical Support : Troubleshoot Windows OS, enterprise applications, hardware, and networks.
• Device Management : Re-image devices, install / configure software, and assist in site migrations.
• Networking & Printer Support : LAN / WAN troubleshooting, printer setup, driver installation, vendor coordination.
• Incident Management : Handle ITSM tickets (ServiceNow, Remedy) and document resolutions.
• Collaboration : Work with Level 3 teams, vendors, and IT groups for escalations and improvements.
• Event & Disaster Recovery Support : Provide IT assistance for meetings and emergency situations.
