Geriatric Medicine opening in Peoria, IL

  • 2 hours from Chicago, IL

About the Job :

  • Join an experienced team of Physician and Advance Practice Providers supported by clinic support staff : 1 RN and 1 Patient Service Rep
  • EPIC EMR
  • Nursing home admissions and rounding
  • Opportunity available for Medical Directorship of three areas Nursing Homes for additional stipend related to the Medical Directorship responsibilities
  • Average patients / day : 10
  • Call schedule requirement : 5 days per month including weekends, call handled by phone
  • Not-for-profit organization with public service loan forgiveness eligibility
