ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for the Ticket Seller for ASM Global - Stockton. Responsible for The Ticket Seller is responsible for selling tickets / entry to the general public using Ticketmaster or registers, while also providing general information to guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Selling tickets / entry to the general public from the Arena / Bob Hope Theatre / or Buckley Cove Ticket Offices
• Assist guests at the Ticket Office Will-Call window and resolve all issues / problems
• Assist with restocking of Ticket Office supplies
• Follow all operational policies and procedures for Ticket Office operations
• Assist in reception coverage, performing general clerical duties including answering phone calls and providing customer service
• Other duties as deemed necessary or as directed by a manager

Compensation

The pay rate for this position is $17.50
