LouisaRidge is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Outbound Program Specialist to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing outbound outreach programs that promote our health and wellness initiatives to prospective clients and communities. You will engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and community events to raise awareness of our services and encourage participation in our wellness programs. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a passion for health and wellness, and the ability to foster meaningful connections. You will work closely with our marketing and program development teams to align outreach strategies with organizational goals. Responsibilities

  • Design and implement outbound programs to highlight LouisaRidge's offerings and outreach initiatives.
  • Conduct outreach via phone calls, emails, and in-person events to prospective clients and community organizations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and community partners to drive engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials and messaging for outreach efforts.
  • Track and analyze outreach outcomes and provide feedback for continuous improvement of programs.
  • Educate prospective clients about the value of our health and wellness services while addressing their needs and concerns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Health, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in outreach, sales, or program development is beneficial.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Passion for health and wellness, with an understanding of community health initiatives.
