McMillen, Inc. is a full-service engineering, environmental, and construction firm in the transportation, heavy civil, water resources, hydropower, and fisheries markets. We contribute to projects at the planning stage, navigate the regulatory requirements, develop a design, manage and self-perform construction, start-up, and commissioning.

We are currently seeking a Civil 3D Team Member to join our growing team. The Civil Team Member will help take our water resource projects to the next level. This intermediate civil designer will be immersed in the fast-paced water resources engineering environment, often requiring creative designs to solve complex design problems. Frequent coordination and communication with design engineers is essential to solving problems, improving processes, and completing projects on time.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 5 years of experience preparing and developing clear, complete, and accurate drawings with Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and ACC. Qualified candidates must understand the drawing preparation and presentation requirements.

Responsibilities :

• Assist on Civil projects.
• Must have knowledge of Civil discipline.
• Actively participate in projects by providing support through all phases of design and delivery process.
• Must be able to remain highly organized and produce products at a fast pace while maintaining high quality standards.
• Preferred candidates will have worked on water treatment plants, pump stations, fish hatcheries, and hydropower facilities or similar projects.
