Our client, a professional services consulting firm, is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team! This is a contract (3+ months) to potential full time hire opportunity!
- This is a hybrid role. You can work from their office in New York, San Francisco, Boston or Chicago.
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive growth across digital channels including email, PPC, paid and organic social, and content / thought leadership pieces. They will be responsible for enhancing brand awareness within the financial services sector.
This role requires strong leadership skills (they will manage 2 direct reports) and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends to effectively lead a team and engage with target audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies for digital services in the financial sector.Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing decisions.Manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and online advertising.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and customer experience.Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics to stakeholders.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in financial services.Proven experience in team leadership and project management.Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
