As a front desk security officer with Allied Universal, you will be the first point of contact in a vibrant retail and mall environment. Pay Rate : $24.00 / Hour

Job Schedule : Day Time

Wed 02 : 30 PM - 11 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.

Monitor access to the location, verifying credentials and / or identification of individuals entering the premises.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following established protocols.

Maintain detailed logs and reports of daily activities and any security-related incidents at the front desk.

Communicate professionally with visitors, staff, and management to address inquiries and provide information as needed.

Assist with emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal and site management.

Help to deter unauthorized access and / or disruptive behavior through a visible, professional presence at the front desk.

What We're Looking For :

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
