The Location : Taconic Biosciences is seeking a Team Coordinator Animal Production to join our dedicated Operations team at the Seattle, WA site.

The Pay Range : $27.00 - $30.00 per hour. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors. These factors include geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions and could exceed the advertised salary range, however, please note that the upper end of the range is not guaranteed to be offered.

The Schedule : Shifts starting as early as 6 : 00am Monday - Friday. Rotating weekends will be required once trained with a pay differential included.

The Role :

As a Team Coordinator in Animal Production, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless daily operations of our animal care team. This position involves training and motivating staff, coordinating supplies, and maintaining compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs). You will lead by example, conducting audits, facilitating communication through daily huddles, and ensuring production goals are met. Additionally, you'll support data entry, recordkeeping, and the creation of key documents, all while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
