The Salon Team Manager is responsible for overseeing salon operations, managing staff schedules, supporting team culture, and handling administrative tasks. This part-time position is perfect for someone with strong people management, organizational, and customer service skills. No cosmetology license is required.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily salon operations to ensure a smooth and welcoming environmentManage employee schedules, attendance, and shift coverageSupport hiring, onboarding, and training processes for new team membersFoster a positive team culture and encourage professional growthHandle basic administrative tasks including inventory tracking, payroll coordination, and reportingEnsure excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and supporting front desk operationsPartner with salon owner on goals, promotions, and business initiativesQualifications
Previous experience in management, retail, hospitality, or office administration preferredStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to motivate and support a diverse teamOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple prioritiesComfortable using scheduling and POS software (training provided)Flexible availability, including some evenings or weekendsSchedule & Compensation
