We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Charge Nurse to join our team at Saint Joseph's Villa & Court in David City, NE. As a Charge Nurse in our nursing home, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents and leading a team of dedicated nursing staff.

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate care from admission to discharge, ensuring continuity and quality
• Supervise nursing staff and ensure compliance with care plans and facility policies
• Assess resident needs, assist with care plans, and communicate with healthcare providers
• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions, ensuring timely interventions and communicate with families
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to promote resident well-being
• Provide direct patient care as needed
