We are seeking a Senior System Administrator / Integrator with proven experience delivering mission-critical integration for complex, multi-domain DoD environments. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of geospatial and intelligence system evolution — leading integration efforts, shaping architectural solutions, and mentoring technical teams.

As a Senior System Administrator / Integrator, you will lead the design and integration of advanced geospatial and intelligence platforms. Your work will translate operational and technical requirements into secure, scalable, and forward-looking architectures that align with Army modernization and convergence efforts.

What You'll Do :

• Guide integration strategies across multi-vendor software stacks and hardware baselines.
• Engage directly with Army stakeholders to refine system requirements, track dependencies, and drive alignment across multiple Army government organizations.
• Provide technical leadership across full system lifecycles — from concept to operational deployment — ensuring rigorous engineering discipline and mission continuity.
• Develop integration test strategies, manage system validation efforts, and oversee performance tuning and issue resolution for both imagery and geospatial software baselines.
• Lead integration efforts and manage complex issues in real-time and driving improvements for interoperability and readiness.

The likely salary range for this position is $140,250 - $189,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
