At Miracle, our mission is to improve healthcare using technology. We’re starting by accelerating clinical trials to bring new therapeutics to patients faster. We empower clinical-stage biopharmaceutical companies by unifying disparate trial systems and delivering real-time, automated insights that optimize clinical trials. Already profitable and rapidly growing, Miracle serves as the “control room” for clinical trials, saving time in drug development towards FDA approvals and improving patient outcomes.

About the Role

As a Founding Product Engineer (Frontend + UX), you're more than a frontend dev or UI designer. You’re a user experience architect with full-stack awareness. You’ll join a fast-moving engineering team that operates with a high level of ownership and a user-first mentality. You’ll engage directly with users at biotech companies to understand their workflows, redesign and build better experiences, and ship high-quality production UIs. Your work will directly impact how biopharma teams run clinical trials and how quickly patients can get access to life-changing therapies.

We’re reimagining how biotech users interact with their data to make critical decisions. Our goal is to put users in the pilot's seat : building a product experience that adapts to their specific roles, accelerates their workflows, and empowers them to act decisively. No matter how much “AI” is used, it only matters if it blends seamlessly into the user experience to maximize clarity, actionability, and control.

What You’re Looking For

• Ownership & Product Craft : As a founding engineer, you’ll drive how our product looks and feels from first click to insight delivery. You’ll make critical decisions that shape the user experience and visual language of Miracle.
• Full User Focus : You care deeply about how products flow, feel, and respond. You’re not just building interfaces; you’re solving problems and removing friction for real people.
• Design + Engineering Blend : From component architecture to UX wireframes, you’ll think in systems and flows.
• Real-World Impact : Your work helps accelerate clinical trials and improve healthcare for patients waiting on new treatments.
