Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Care Manager Discipline : RN Start Date : 11 / 17 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, nights Employment Type : Travel Hybrid 9-5 PM Five years minimum of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse. Leadership experience preferred. Experience with Care Coordination, Utilization review and discharge planning Computer literacy required. 1. RN Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York required. 2. Baccalaureate degree required. 3. PRI and Screen certification within three months of employment is required.
