Now Hiring : Experienced Union Construction Superintendent (Water / Wastewater Division)

Location : Manusos General Contracting, Inc.

Job Type : Full-Time

Manusos General Contracting, Inc. is a trusted, family-owned union general contracting firm with over 30 years of excellence in the construction industry. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Superintendent to join our team within the Water and Wastewater Division .

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise field personnel to ensure all work is executed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Oversee the daily operations of construction sites, ensuring work progresses on time and within scope.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to achieve project milestones and successful completion.
  • Develop and manage detailed construction schedules, sharing updates with owners, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate daily field reports and employee timecards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a construction superintendent role (experience in wastewater / water projects highly preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and safety protocols.
  • Proven ability to lead and communicate effectively with field teams and stakeholders.
  • Thorough understanding of regulatory and jobsite compliance requirements.
