Robert Half’s marketing & creative client is seeking a Communications & Web Coordinator for a 6-month contract position. This remote, 40-hour-per-week opportunity; candidates must be willing to work Eastern (EST) hours. The Communications Coordinator will manage diverse content and drive strategic outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will excel in content creation, digital communications, and audience engagement across multiple platforms
Key Responsibilities :
- Create and edit original content such as podcasts, news articles, and social media posts to support marketing and outreach initiatives
- Manage department communication channels including the website, social media platforms, and internal communications
- Collaborate with external vendors and provide strategic counsel to leadership on digital strategies
- Develop and implement both short and long-term communication plans to align with organizational goals
- Track and analyze engagement metrics to measure the impact of communication efforts and inform future strategies
- Ensure compliance and oversee multimedia production as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in communications
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Knowledge of Drupal or similar CMS tools
- Adobe Creative Suite skills a plus
- Ability to convey complex topics to broad audiences
