Fit Specialist – Reno Harley-Davidson Location :

  • Reno, NV Department : Sales Reports To : Sales Manager / General Sales Manager Compensation : Base + Commission (High earning potential for top performers) Position Summary : At Reno Harley-Davidson , the #1 dealership in the Wise Riders Owners Group, we don’t just sell motorcycles — we fit people to their freedom .
  • As a Fit Specialist , your role is to connect customers with the Harley-Davidson lifestyle by guiding them to the perfect bike based on their wants, needs, and experience level.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Greet every guest with energy and purpose — no missed opportunities.
  • Perform high-impact customer interviews to identify wants, needs, and budget.
  • Match each customer with the right motorcycle and ownership experience.

    • Guide customers through the sales process :

  • demo rides, write-ups, trade appraisals, and closing coordination.
  • Set and confirm daily appointments through follow-up calls, texts, and emails.
  • Collaborate with the F&I team to ensure a smooth and seamless transition.
  • Maintain detailed CRM notes, daily follow-up, and accurate paperwork.
  • Deliver world-class customer service that drives positive reviews and referrals.

    • What We Look For :

  • Previous sales experience (automotive, powersports, or retail preferred).
  • A competitive, goal-driven mindset — you want to be #1.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build quick rapport.
  • Must be comfortable on a motorcycle and excited to learn the product.
  • Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and major sales events.
  • Valid motorcycle endorsement (or willingness to obtain one).
