Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Front Desk Manager, the incumbent is responsible for various duties including, but not limited the following :

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures.
• Greets both arriving and departing guests in a positive, upbeat manner.
• Opens the door for both arriving and departing guests.
• Provides guests with general information such as directions, promotional information, valet information, etc.
• Obtains transportation for guests when requested.
• Promotes positive guest / employee relations.
• Other assignments as directed.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred with one year of bell / door experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
