Banquet Server

Overview

We are seeking a Banquet Server to join the TER Inc. team at TERI Campus of Life. We deliver outstanding food & beverage service at corporate, social, and community events—with a strong focus on weddings and professional gatherings. $17.00 / hr - $18.00 / hr

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet room as per the requirements for service.
• Prepare for service; polish cutlery / glassware, prepare mise en place etc.
• Assist with food preparation before and during the event.
• Serve appetizers and plated dinners to guests, and buffet style service.
• Deliver food from the kitchen to the banquet hall in a timely manner.
• Assist with post-event cleanup, inventory, food storage and tear down.
• Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
• Follow local laws and compliance when it comes to beer and wine sales.
• Set up and break down bar and Beverage service stations.
• Bartending at events and concessions when needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
