Full-Time Occupational Therapist Assistant

Creative Health Solutions is looking for a passionate Full-Time Occupational Therapist Assistant for our beautiful, Skilled Nursing Facility with Assisted Living and Memory Care in Wesley Chapel, FL. Experience as an assistant Rehab Director, is a plus.

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team at Creative Health Solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and administer therapy programs aimed at improving patients' physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Implement treatment intervention plans to address the goals on the plan of care.
  • Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to create personalized treatment plans for patients.
  • Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare professionals regarding treatment plans and patient outcomes.
  • Continuously educate patients and their families on therapeutic procedures and techniques.
  • Stay up to date with the latest therapy techniques and methodologies.

    • Qualifications

    Applicants must have :

  • Valid State OTA License
