Position Summary :

We are looking for a highly motivated and driven Customer Operations Specialist to start as soon as possible. As the ideal candidate, you will take charge of all aspects of customer service and foster positive relationships with our clients. If you know how to find unique ways to deal with customers urgent needs and specific requests, youd be a perfect fit for this position. The Customer Service Coordinator will support and improve the operations involving clients and will be the key point of contact for all customer-related inquiries.

Key Missions will include :

• Oversee the full lifecycle of customer orders, from entry through delivery, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain compliance with customer-specific requirements by managing documentation and reporting through online portals.
• Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to align schedules and ensure fulfillment commitments are met.
• Organize outbound shipments, selecting carriers and managing routes to balance speed and cost efficiency.
• Review client deductions in partnership with finance, validating legitimacy and compiling documentation to support disputes when needed.
• Resolve distribution and transportation issues, including claims management with third-party providers.
• Track and analyze performance metrics, providing regular reporting to identify areas for improvement.
• Engages in process improvement creates new standard operating procedures
