job_description.job_card.job_descriptionWill need to pick up vehicle; if overnight time is required hotel / motel paid by the employer Will be exposed to chemicals and perform labor duties such as lift up to seventy (70) pounds of supplies, tools, and materials, bend and stand throughout entire shift and will work in various conditions This employer conducts a background check and a DMV records check before first day of employment Prepare surfaces for epoxy application (grinding, cleaning, etc. Mix and apply epoxy resins according to specifications Install decorative elements like flakes, quartz, etc. Inspect and ensure the quality of installed floors Wear, maintain and use proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Follow epoxy rules, regulations, standards and safety protocols for proper handling and disposal procedures Effective communication skills and maintain positive relationships to lead a crew Meet productivity expectations, organize tasks, and manage time effectively Work independently without supervision and use good judgment to assess working conditions Perform any other duties as assigned $25 to $35 per hour depending on experience Competitive salary based on experience Paid Time Off Profit Sharing Option to earn commissions Opportunity to work with cutting edge materials Chance to be a part of a growing company Shifts will vary from thirty (30) hours or more depending on the employers need Typical schedule is Monday through Friday; four (4) to twelve (12) hours per day
