Role Description
This is a full-time ON-SITE ONLY role for an Administrative Assistant to the leadership team, with additional role supporting other departments and team members as assigned.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Maintain calendars & schedules both in Outlook and manual calendars, setting and rescheduling meetings as
required and making the President aware of any changes to his schedule
Maintain all tasks lists - updated and prioritized dailyPrepare repairs, purchase orders, special orders, and manage and maintain status of allMaintain client data, files & portfoliosPrepare appraisalsAssist in showroom and around office as neededDevelop and maintain relationships with clients and vendorsAssist with any other general office duties, as requiredQualifications
Experience administrative assistance is preferredProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent phone etiquette and communication skillsDedicated and career oriented for this amazing opportunityStrong Work Ethic, dependable, on time and excellent attendanceProfessional, well-dressed, clean, polite and approachableFlexible with work schedules as requiredStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesHighly reliable, efficient, and detail-orientedAbility to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretionEducation / Certification / Screening
