Implementation Consultant

A company is looking for an Implementation and Training Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

On-board new customers and perform necessary software upgrades remotely

Manage multiple implementation projects and ensure alignment with customer requirements

Provide customer training on product features and maintain project documentation

Required Qualifications

Understanding of training and implementation processes

Experience in installing and configuring software

Proven track record of effective communication with customers

Ability to work independently while collaborating with remote teams

Experience with automotive shop management systems is a plus
