They are looking for a highly skilled Executive Assistant to partner with four Managing Directors and help keep the business running at its best. What Youll Do

Keep the Leadership Team on Track

• Own and optimize calendars to make sure priorities are aligned with business goals.
• Coordinate high-stakes meetings with clients, project teams, and leadership.
• Prepare agendas, capture key decisions, and ensure follow-through on action items.
