What You'll Do

• Collaborate with operations leadership to connect financial outcomes to daily business performance
• Drive the annual budget process and maintain regular financial forecasts
• Deliver clear, insightful reporting and presentations to executive leadership
• Lead financial analysis related to new initiatives, capital projects, and process improvements
• Manage site-level cash flow planning and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
• Build and maintain dashboards and key performance metrics to track results
• Partner with accounting and cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and compliance
• Support continuous improvement efforts and provide financial guidance on strategic initiatives
