What You'll Do
- Collaborate with operations leadership to connect financial outcomes to daily business performance
- Drive the annual budget process and maintain regular financial forecasts
- Deliver clear, insightful reporting and presentations to executive leadership
- Lead financial analysis related to new initiatives, capital projects, and process improvements
- Manage site-level cash flow planning and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
- Build and maintain dashboards and key performance metrics to track results
- Partner with accounting and cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and compliance
- Support continuous improvement efforts and provide financial guidance on strategic initiatives
What We're Looking For
