Location : Chesterfield, MO or Mt. Sterling, IL Department : Information Technology Reports To : Sr. Director of Product Management Salary Range : $82,672 - $124,008 annually, plus bonus opportunity

As the Program Manager, you'll ensure your team's delivery success by leveraging the appropriate Agile methodology (Scrum / Kanban / SAFe) to enable predictable, quality delivery while maintaining a focus on the continuous improvement of the team.

You'll facilitate the successful delivery of business value within an Agile framework, with a focus on managing interdependencies between multiple teams for complex solution delivery and providing clear and consistent communication with all involved. What You'll Do

• Program Delivery Lead end-to-end delivery of large cross-functional programs, coordinating work across multiple teams and projects
• Proactively plan and sequence activities aligned with product priorities, removing blockers to progress
• Support teams in organizing for optimal outcomes with clear boundaries for self-organization
• Define and manage program scope, requirements, solutions, and responsibilities internally and externally
• Manage Dependencies Manage cross-team dependencies, including priorities, sprint plans, testing, integration, and releases
• Execute a strategy and roadmap to provide compelling capabilities that help Product Owners and Managers to achieve business goals
• Visibility / Communications Keep all parties informed of project scope and milestones
• Provide stakeholders with clear updates on progress, risks, and benefits
