About the Role :

As a Registered Nurse in the Surgery department at Wagoner Community Hospital, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures. Your primary responsibility will be to assess patients' health status, administer medications, and monitor vital signs to ensure their safety and comfort. You will collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Additionally, you will educate patients and their families about post-operative care and recovery processes. Ultimately, your expertise and compassionate approach will significantly contribute to positive surgical outcomes and enhance the overall patient experience.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oklahoma.
• Associate degree in nursing (ADN) or equivalent nursing degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a surgical or critical care setting.
