Macon, Georgia, Neonatologist Nurse Practitioner Job

Clinical Role :

The only dedicated pediatric hospital in central and south Georgia

2+ years of employment experince as NNP required

Variable shifts including 10 hour days M-TH, 8 hour shifts on weekends, and 1 NNP who covers 16-hour nights 4 days per week. No call

Our practice consists of the 66-bed, state-of-the-art, Level-III NICU

Services provided include : high-frequency ventilation, nitric oxide and a brain cooling

Readily available subspecialty support

Exceptional coverage by experienced NNPs

Clinical appointment to Mercer Medical School

A designated Level-I trauma center, one of six designated perinatal / neonatal regional centers in Georgia and three-time Magnet Designated hospital for nursing excellence nationwide

Opened new 50,000 square foot neonatal intensive care unit

Candidates must be NNP Board Certified (cannot accept FNP, PNP, or any other NP certifications)
