Key Responsibilities
Analyze and measure the effectiveness of existing business processes to develop sustainable improvements
Research best practices and collect process data to recommend enhancements focused on safety, productivity, and cost reduction
Determine how new technologies can support the reengineering of business processes
Required Qualifications
College degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
Strong expertise in business process management, including process architecture and mapping
Proficiency in BPM tools and relevant certifications in process modeling platforms
Experience in leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives
