Job Description
Title : O&M Site manager (3 sites)
Compensation : 100,000 - 120,000 + 15% bonus
Benefits : Healthcare + Dental + Truck + Gas Card
Locations : Houston, TX (Within 1-1.5 travelling distance from Houston)
Candidate notice : Unfortunately, only candidates with C&I or Utility-scale solar experience will be considered for this role.

Responsibilities :
- Lead O&M strategy for solar & battery systems, optimizing performance & profitability.
- Manage team & external resources, ensuring exceptional O&M service delivery.
- Implement best practices & industry standards, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and innovative solutions.
- Foster a high-performing O&M team through training and mentorship in your region.
