Overview
Job Summary We're seeking an entry-level attorney who is super organized, fast on their feet, and ready to jump into anything —from preparing waivers to writing grant applications, managing donor records, and coordinating online education campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Legal & Immigration Projects : Assist with USCIS filings (I-130, I-601, DS-260, waivers, and supporting documents); draft contracts, SOPs, compliance records, and internal legal documents; help maintain ITAR, nonprofit, and state / federal compliance filings; answer legal inquiries and coordinate with clients and stakeholders as needed.
- Nonprofit & Community Support : Assist with grant research, writing, and donor recordkeeping; prepare thank-you letters and donor acknowledgments in line with IRS guidelines; support online citizenship classes and blog content; help plan community outreach events and legal education campaigns.
- Creative, Multitask Projects : Write / edit blogs, newsletters, and social media posts; collaborate on websites, visual tools, and public legal information; pitch in on "whatever's needed" across multiple entities and active projects.
Qualifications
U.S. licensed attorney (any state) – new admittees welcomePreferred : licensed in Florida or awaiting bar resultsHighly organized, independent, and reliableExcellent writing and communication skillsStrong multitasker who thrives under deadlines and changeProficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and comfortable with basic digital toolsBonus : Spanish or Portuguese (not required)Why Work With Us?

Pay : From $18 to $50 per hour, depending on experience.
Expected hours : 40 per week
Schedule : 8 hour shift, Day shift, Monday to Friday
