Your Responsibilities :

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized speech therapy treatment plans
  • Implement evidence-based interventions to improve communication and swallowing function
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to deliver quality care
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Educate patients and families on therapy techniques, safety, and progress
  • Participate in discharge planning and interdisciplinary team meetings

    • Requirements :

  • Active Colorado Speech Language Pathologist license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Excellent communication, evaluation, and treatment planning skills
  • Previous experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting preferred
