This isn’t your average dispatch role : with our performance-based pay structure ranging from $17 to $49 per hour , you’ll have the opportunity to grow your income as you grow your skills. Shift : Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM.

Potential weekend shifts with overtime!

What You’ll Do :

• Answer incoming calls and gather necessary details for dispatch.
• Assign tow jobs to drivers based on availability and location.
• Confirm job pricing before dispatching a truck.
• Verify if towed units need repair at Myles Truck Repair.
• Ask non-company callers if the tow will be under their name as the authorizer.
• Communicate with drivers and customers to provide updates.
• Document job details and ensure accuracy in dispatch logs.
• Complete end-of-shift reports, noting any issues, customer concerns, or damages.
