• Patient Ratios : 1 : 6
• Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Charge nurse, Unit secretary and Techs
• Type of equipment : o Computers in each room o MyCare electronic whiteboards o Bedside monitors for tele, BP, Pulse ox o Welch Allyn for vitals documentation o Facility Scheduler o I-phone o HillRom nurse call o Centani equipment locating o EKG o Nova Accucheck meters
• Documentation system : Meditech
• Scheduling requirements : o 3 shifts per week, every other weekend o o 7P-7A
• Floating policy : Based on facility needs
• Patient Experience requirements : o BSSR o AIDET o Safety Rounds Hospital Specifics-
