PROJECT ARCHITECT / ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER

We are seeking a Project Architect / Architectural Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will :

  • Possess a solid understanding of all building systems, including architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical.
  • Demonstrate experience in developing building designs, securing site plan approvals, and producing fully integrated construction documents.
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail, clear communication, and effective leadership skills.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Engage and manage client relationships
  • Develop and interpret program requirements
  • Lead conceptual site and building design
  • Prepare construction documents, provide bidding assistance, and perform construction administration
  • Coordinate and facilitate site plan approvals
  • Build and manage project teams

    • MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    Education

  • Bachelors degree in Architecture from an accredited university
  • Architectural license

    • Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong aptitude for design, detailing, and documentation
  • Proficiency in SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, and / or MicroStation
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong work ethic and attention to quality

    • Experience

  • 510 years of relevant architectural experience
