Travel Physical Therapist - $3,296 per week

Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Physical Therapist Discipline : Therapy Start Date : 12 / 01 / 2025 Duration : 20 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Title : Physical Therapist Location : Colchester, VT Duration : 20 weeks Shift : Day, 5x8 Hour, 08 : 00AM - 4 : 30PM Job Responsibilities & Requirements : Provide physical therapy care in a home health setting. Conduct assessments including AROM, AAROM, PROM, strength testing, and use of assistive devices. Develop, implement, and document patient care plans including long-term and short-term goals. Perform evaluations, reassessments, and plan of care updates. Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safe body mechanics. Manage patients with orthopedic conditions such as hip fractures, total hip / knee replacements, cervical / shoulder / spinal surgery, low back pain, and osteoarthritis. Treat neurologic conditions including post-stroke rehabilitation, cognitive disorders, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, Parkinson’s disease, spinal cord injury, and traumatic brain injury. Use and train patients on equipment and devices, including lower / upper extremity prosthetics, standard and rolling walkers.
