Your Role :

Deliver 1 : 1 ABA therapy focusing on communication, social, and daily living skills

Collect data and track progress to inform treatment plans

Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and team members

Ensure a safe, engaging environment for client success

Help children reach their full potential with compassion and consistency

Qualifications :

RBT certified or actively pursuing certification

Experience with children and passion for supporting those with ASD

Physical ability to participate in active play and therapeutic activities

Must pass background check and have reliable transportation
