Base Pay Range : $100,000.00 / yr - $135,000.00 / yr

About the Role

The Studio Operations Manager manages a team of Producers and Editors who create video and audio assets for the Roundglass Living App. They also partner with the Content and Visual Design team to ensure the production roadmap for each project follows the best possible production plan, ensuring the highest quality outputs. This role requires an equal passion for coordinating projects and collaborating with many cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced tech environment.

In this role, you are responsible for providing recommendations on industry best practices, mentoring teams while overseeing multiple projects, and delivering content on time and on budget. You will ensure that the scope of each production plan, inclusive of timeline, budget and deliverables, is in alignment with RG’s deadlines and initiatives.

What You’ll Do

  • Create and manage production budgets and ensure they are in line with the production’s creative goals.
  • Work with other partners who also produce content and provide consulting support on production best practices.
  • Maintain the studio dashboard with all projects listed in detail and provide timely updates to stakeholders and senior leaders as needed.
  • Manage resourcing needs and provide recommendations to studio requests accordingly.
  • Partner with creative leadership to offer production solutions to creative ideas that maintain the creative vision.
  • Assist in recruiting and hiring talent as needed.
  • Build and maintain a strong vendor database to produce content globally.
  • Create and communicate production priorities.
  • Manage crew and talent as needed, ensuring production runs smoothly and on schedule.
  • Work closely with the legal team to create and execute production agreements with 3rd‑party production companies and independent contractors.
  • Provide risk assessment and anticipate potential hiccups in production plans.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of studio production experience.
  • Preferred experience in the wellbeing space.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to present complex issues in a clear manner.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Ability to work proactively and independently and manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
  • Familiarity with a start‑up environment preferred.
  • Compensation & Benefits

    The anticipated salary range for this position is $100,000‑$135,000 yearly. Compensation offered will be determined by level, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for a bonus incentive as part of a full salary package.
